Prostate cancer is the second most deadly disease for American males. Recently, scientists discovered several nutritional strategies that seem to reduce the risk of prostate cancer. Foods and supplements containing vitamin E and selenium appeared to offer some protection. Additionally, men eating 3 servings of fruits and vegetables per day were 48 percent less likely to develop the disease. High fat foods appear to increase your risk factor.
