Fighting Macular Degeneration

Researchers followed more than 45 hundred people aged 60 to 80. Those who ate foods full of the nutrients lutein and zeaxanthin had a 35 percent less chance of developing macular degeneration. Age related macular degeneration affects 1 point 2 million Americans mostly after age 65. The condition gradually worsens, robbing victims of their vision, so protect yourselves -- eat you eggs and spinach!
