Cardio Conditioning and Strength Training

People have disagreed on whether cardio conditioning be done before or after strength training. New research gives us an interesting view of the issue. A study of 200 subjects found no difference in strength improvement when cardio training was performed before strength versus performing cardio after strength training. It is believed that because cardio and strength training use separate energy systems when working out at seventy-five percent of maximal heart rate. Work out using your own sequential preference ... it won't affect your final goal!
