A recent study found that women can significantly cut their risk of a heart attack by doing five things. Eat right, exercise, maintain a healthy weight, limit alcohol consumption and don't smoke. Researchers found support for these five important lifestyle factors by studying more than twenty-four thousand women. They found the women who maintained healthy diets and limited their alcohol intake lowered their risk of heart attack by 57 percent, while the women who did all five things lowered their risk of heart attack by a whopping 92 percent!
