Boosting your metabolism can work wonders for weight loss and improve your overall health! There are several ways to boost your body's metabolic rate. Be sure to eat breakfast. It's more than just the most important meal of the day! Skipping meals for more than 12-hours sends a message to your body that it's starving, automatically slowing down your metabolism. Also, be sure to consume at least 12-hundred calories per day! Anything less won't be enough to sustain your metabolism. Finally, eat frequent, healthy snacks like fruits and grains to prevent hunger!
