Breathing Problems After Exercise

If you are experiencing difficulty breathing after you exercise, you maybe suffering from exercise induced asthma. Approximately 25.9 million Americans suffered from asthma in 2011. The majority of them will suffer symptoms after exercising. But an additional 5 to 7 percent of the population, who aren't asthmatic, also suffer breathing problems after exercising. They suffer from EIA, exercise induced asthma. People with the condition typically have airways that are particularly sensitive to sudden changes in temperature and humidity and during exercise they typically breathe through their mouths. It's important to note that EIA is very common. The best way to avoid it is plenty of fluids and short repeated warm up sessions. It's a matter of life and breath!
