Going with the Grain

A recent study cited by the Harvard School of Public Health looked included a quarter of a million people; this study indicates that including whole grains in your diet can help fight off five diseases: heart disease, stroke, type 2 diabetes, colorectal cancer, and inflammatory disease. This is an extremely strong example of the importance of diet on our health. This is a great example of foods working with us not against us!
