Class Descriptions
GROUP CYCLING-This indoor cycling experience designed to simulate a road biking experience using motivational and visualization techniques.  This class is an endurance challenge full of intervals, hills, jumps, and speed play. FRONT TO BACK YOGA-The ability to support your spine comes from a balance of strength and length form "head-to-toe". Experience less stress and more energy through a challenging flow of breath and movement.

CARDIO BOXING-This is a power-packed athletic workout using traditional boxing skills and kickboxing techniques.  Activities include heavy bag contact.  This extraordinary workout increases strength, power, and endurance!

ASHTANGA YOGA-An ancient system of healing and purification. Through synchronized breath and movement, cultivate a stronger yet lighter body and mind. 

ABDOMINAL BLAST-This 30 minute class is packed with great exercises for your abdominals and lower back.

PILATES MAT-This class focuses on the classical repertoire of Joseph Pilates' principles. The objective is to relieve tension, while gaining in strength and flexibility, without building bulk.

BOOT CAMP-This 60 minute class will include a dynamic warm-up, a cardiovascular section, some resistance training using dumbbells and bands, along with an abdominal portion and cadence drills. It is a total body workout in just 1 hour!

PILATES REFORMER-The best way to sculpt your body and improve flexibility! The Pilates method is designed to tone and lengthen your muscles for a long, lean, flexible body. You generate graceful movement by pushing against the padded bars or pulling on the cords. A training secret of professional athletes and dancers for years, "reforming" exercises on the reformer are safe enough for rehabilitation and sophisticated enough to challenge the super-fit.
