Physical Challenges from Peter's Principles

Physical Challenges do not need to prevent you from getting a great workout. These exercises can help to improve fitness despite any limitations you may have.

Arm Ergometer

Using a special device for the upper body you can get a cardio workout without using your legs. this will allow you to pedal a bike with your arms.

Floor Ergometer

Using the same device you can pedal a bike from the comfort of your chair.

Mini Trampoline
Mini Trampoline
Marching or running can be a great form of exercise. The problem is the impact they create on the joints. By using a mini trampoline you eliminate the impact entirely.
