Late Dining

Does your busy schedule push your dinner hour late into the evening? Many people believe that eating late at night will automatically cause you to gain weight, but that is not entirely true. It's not actually the time of day you eat, it's what you've eaten throughout the whole day! If you eat your total daily number of calories by your dinner hour and then you have an evening meal, you're going to gain weight. However, if you don't eat up all your calories during the day - you have  some leeway with an evening meal. The real problem is that many people tend to overeat later at night - especially when they're watching TV.  It's simple, if you're a late-night eater, try to cut back on what you're putting in your mouth during the day.
