You’re over 40 and you want to get rid of your love handles and wonder if one abs exercise is better than another abs exercise.

In spite of what you may see on infomercials, one thing experts do agree on: no amount of abdominal training will spot reduce the midsection.

Bottom Line: toning the abdominal muscles involves reducing caloric intake along with an aerobic exercise program 4 to 5 times a week to burn overall fat.
