Home Equipment
Lot’s of people for whatever reason can’t or won’t workout at a club. So, what kinds of equipment should you use to get in shape? Before you turn your home into a fitness center, do your homework.
You don't have to spend a fortune in order to get a good workout. A five-dollar jump rope is just as effective to improve cardiovascular fitness as any expensive piece of equipment.
Now, if you're in the market for a treadmill, Stairmaster or a stationary bike, take your time. Compare features and shop for value. But before you buy test the equipment. Wear your workout clothes and go through a session just like you would at home.
And remember the key to any good workout is consistency. Don't let that treadmill become an expensive clothes hangar.
