Are you getting the most out of your bike?

If you want to trim your legs and lose excess body fat, ride your Bike in low gear so that there is very little resistance.

Now if you want to build your legs, put the gears on high so the resistance is greater. Do it in high quick bursts for short periods of time. A person who weighs 150 pounds can burn 150 calories in 30 minutes.

But pick a bike that's right for you. If you're on the street use the English racer. If you like to ride off-road use a mountain bike. If you want to do both I suggest a hybrid model.
