Sticking to Your Routine
If you're having a tough time sticking to your training routine, you're far from alone. Only 12-percent of the US population is on a sustained workout program. 50-percent don't do enough moderate exercise. And 25-percent get no exercise at all. Now that’s a frightening statistic!
The best way to maintain regular workouts is to develop a system that's right for you. Hire a personal trainer! Set achievable short-term goals! Schedule workouts for a convenient time! Lastly, change your workouts periodically for continued gains!
Following these steps will make it more likely you'll stick to your program and attain the long-term goals you seek!
