Saddlebags
Saddlebags are for horses not women. How do you get rid of that extra hip weight?
You can't spot reduce. Unfortunately, the only way to remove fat is to burn it off. Ideally, you should vary your cardiovascular workout by doing several different types for three-to-five days per week and for 30-to 40-minutes at a time.
In addition, you can incorporate strength-training exercises for your legs to help tone and tighten the area. The increased muscle from the strength training will help you burn more fat at all times, muscle requires more energy from your body than fat.
