Peter's Principles - Exercise
Road Training
This routine gives a whole new meaning to the phrase "Road Warrior."
If you travel a lot for your job, then here's what you can do on the road to keep your exercise program going.
You don't need to stay at a five-star hotel with a full-service club to maintain your fitness routine on the road. Be resourceful: water bottles, phone directories, your own body can serve as the resistance you need to continue your strength program.
Ask hotel workers where you should run or walk near the hotel. Start moving at the airport. If your flight is delayed put your carry-on in a locker and take a hike. Or, better yet, do biceps curls by lifting your briefcase one arm at a time.
