Race Walking
Some people do a double take when they see race walkers waddling up the street. But it's the race walkers that'll have the last laugh when it comes to better health.
Race walking is a better aerobic exercise than running. That's because of the hip action in the race walk movement. It's much better for the back than running or jogging.
Furthermore, it's challenging because race walkers must maintain proper form during competitive events.
