Exercise Over-Training
If exercising several times a week leaves you feeling fatigued, you may actually be over training.
Symptoms of over training include fatigue, loss of appetite, weight loss, anxiety, sleeplessness, and depression. It can also cause an increase in your resting heart rate. In women over training can bring on an irregular menstrual (men-stru-al) cycle. But it's important to note that these symptoms don't always indicate over training. They can also indicate an underlying physical or psychological condition.
The wrong food intake before a workout can also cause feelings of fatigue. Check with a doctor or nutritionist to see if too much gym time is the root of your problem!
