Peter's Principles - Exercise

For those of you who don't know, circuit training involves doing a set of weight and callisthenic exercises rapidly. You do one exercise, and then proceed to the next. The numbers are impressive when it comes to circuit training.

One study focuses on a group performing two circuits of eight upper and lower body resistance exercises for 20 repetitions. The subjects rested anywhere from 20-to 60-seconds between exercises. They found the subjects burned an average of 260-calories per session. When you factor in that you're also building muscle, circuit training should add up to the results you seek!
