Peter's Principles School Program Sign up now to have Peter Nielsen appear at your school during the 2007-2008 school year! Peter will come to your school and talk with your students about the importance of proper nutrition and exercise. Space for this program is limited to 20 schools, so please hurry! The child who writes the winning essay will then be invited to appear on Peter's nationally syndicated television show, 'Peter's Principles.' The show will be taped in early June 2008 and will air in late June 2008 on a Saturday night at 7:00 pm on WDIV Channel 4 for Detroit residents. All you have to do to participate in this program is to look at the available dates below and e-mail us what your top 3 preferences would be. We will do our best to get Peter to your school on one of those three dates. All school appearances take place at 9:00 or 10:00 am, so please keep that in mind when you are making your preferences. |
Once Peter has appeared at your school, we ask that your students write a 150 word or less essay on how proper nutrition and exercise relates to their lives. Once the essays are complete, the teaching staff must then choose the best essay to represent their school. The winning essay must be faxed to Peter Nielsen's office a month after his appearance at the school.
