Honey-Mustard Salmon
4 servings
This recipe also works well with tuna steaks.
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons minced shallots
1 teaspoon dried thyme, crumbled
3 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
4 pieces salmon fillet,
about 6 ounces each
Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
- In a small bowl, combine shallots, thyme, honey, mustard, salt and pepper. Brush mixture over skinless side of salmon.
- Lightly oil a baking sheet and place salmon, skin side down, on sheet.
- Bake on middle rack of oven 13-17 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
