Teriyaki Turkey Meatballs
Ingredients:
1 1/4 pounds lean ground turkey
1 bunch green onions, chopped, white and light green parts only 2/3 C bread crumbs
1/4 C egg substitute
1/2 tsp. cayenne
1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
Cooking oil spray
Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Combine turkey, onions, breadcrumbs, cayenne, egg, and teriyaki sauce. Form into mini meatballs and place on baking sheet coated with cooking oil spray.
- Bake for about 15 minutes or until cooked through. Toss with additional sauce and serve with angel hair pasta, or eat as a finger snack.
Yield: about 48 cocktail meatballs
