Ingredients:
1 6-oz can long line solid Albacore tuna, in water
1/4 cup jicama, peeled and diced small
1/4 cup Daikon radish, diced small
1/4 cup scallions, sliced thinly
1/4 cup cucumber, peeled, seeded and diced
1 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons non-fat, plain yogurt
Juice of 1/2 lime
