Cranberry Apple Relish
Ingredients:
1 1/4 pounds lean ground turkey
3 cups fresh cranberries
2 apples, cored and cut in large pieces
1/2 cup sugar
1-teaspoon fresh finger ginger
Preparation:
- In a food processor, blend ingredients until coarsely chopped.
- Transfer to a serving bowl and let stand 20-minutes before serving.
Yield: 4-cups
