Flat Out Red Chili Chicken Wraps

Ingredients:

2 skinless and boneless chicken breast halves, thinly sliced
Kosher salt
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
3 tablespoons Sweet Red Chili Sauce
3 tablespoons Garlic Chili Pepper Sauce
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
3 pieces Flatout bread
1 8-ounce container hommos
4 cups fresh baby spinach, washed and trimmed
1 red pepper, seeded and julienned

Preparation:

  1. Sprinkle chicken with salt, In a large skillet, add vegetable oil and heat over medium high heat. Brown chicken on both sides.
  2. Add both chili sauces and sesame seeds. Cook until chicken is cooked through, about one minute. Remove from heat.
  3. When chicken is cool enough to handle, chop into bite sized pieces. Spread each flat-out with a thin, even layer of hommos. On each rounded end evenly divide chicken mixture, spinach and julienned pepper.

Roll up as directed on Flat-out package. Slice and serve.

Yield: 3 wraps, 6 sandwich pieces or 18 appetizer slices.
