Sugar Busters Diet

Is the Sugar Busters Diet a good option for losing weight? Don't believe a weight loss plan that warns you off carrots and considers a pound of shrimp cooked in a quarter stick of butter the way to go!

So, don't waste your money with expensive designer water. Drink a sports drink, fruit juice, or nature's champagne, good ole' H20.

The best selling diet book is coming under attack by medical experts because of its half-baked truths and theories about sugar and insulin.

According to the book’s authors, three New Orleans doctors, you should avoid sugar at all costs as well as carrots and potatoes because they boost the production of insulin. Instead, eat a lot of meat. WRONG!

High fat, high cholesterol diets put you at risk for heart disease, colon cancer and other ills. In my opinion, the Sugar Busters diet is about as far as you can get from healthy eating.
