Keep Fat in Your Diet
Is it smart to eliminate all fat from your diet? The answer is no! With the number of no-fat and low-fat products on store shelves these days it's easy to get confused. A complete absence of fat can put you at risk for some health problems! They include increased risk of bone fracture, undue fatigue, and abnormal menstruation.
