Foods that Fight Cancer

The right foods cut the risk of cancer. Here's some advice that's homegrown and definitely easy to swallow!

Professor Maurice Bennick of Michigan State University has revealed to the American Cancer Institute that orange juice cut colon cancer in animals by 20-percent. It's the first study to show that regular, not-from-concentrate juice can inhibit cancer.

Previous research has shown that compounds in orange juice like flavanoids and limonoids can inhibit tumors. Professor Bennick says it appears nutrients found in orange juice change the lining of the colon, making it tough for cancers to form. So, drink a toast to your health with a frosty glass of O-J!
