Dress Food For Success

What is invisible fat? It has everything to do with how you dress your foods.

Tuna fish is a great example. Tuna has one gram of fat, 27 grams of protein in 3 and a half ounces. If you dress it with mayonnaise, it has more fat than a pork hot dog! It jumps to a whopping 883 calories! And 56 grams of artery clogging fat.

Need another example? Take two slices of pepperoni pizza, 700 calories, 34 grams of fat. If you take off the cheese and meat, and replace them with vegetables, those same two slices are 200 calories and only one gram of fat.

So when it comes to certain foods, they're better left un-dressed!
